The Joy & Frank Foundation is proud to support the next generation of beauty professionals. This scholarship is awarded to passionate, driven students currently enrolled in a beauty or cosmetology program who embody the spirit, creativity, and kindness that Frank and Joy lived by.

The Joy & Frank Foundation will select two students to receive a $5,000 scholarship toward their cosmetology education.
